*Product must be new and in factory sealed packaging
*Refurbished, display, demo, or counterfeit products are not eligible
*Closeout or discontinued products do not qualify
*Some manufacturers prohibit the sale of their product below a certain price and we must abide by the rules set by the respective manufacturer
*The total price of the product must include all associated and relative costs including shipping, handling, and other processing costs
*Coupons, rebates, "free with purchase offers", may not apply
*Dealers offering verbal price quotes will not qualify in most cases
